Why is it that .............

When I go on holiday for 2 weeks I van put on 7lb easily and yet it takes so long to lose it? Help needed to get me back on track please

    Don't worry about the ground you lost. Think about today and remember that this isn't a temporary change. You can do it. Screw the last few days, make a change for today!

    LOL!! And he doesn't put a new roll of toilet paper on ... (let alone the proper way)!

    And you probably didn't GAIN 7 - give your body time to adjust back. Whatever the gain, back on track and working harder than ever! Roadblocks are temporary - this is a life long change. Good luck!

    Because the first 3-4 lbs (if not 5 or so) is water weight and will come back off in the first week you diligently cut calories. Only after that is it fat gain.
