When I go on holiday for 2 weeks I van put on 7lb easily and yet it takes so long to lose it? Help needed to get me back on track please

LOL!! And he doesn't put a new roll of toilet paper on ... (let alone the proper way)!
And you probably didn't GAIN 7 - give your body time to adjust back. Whatever the gain, back on track and working harder than ever! Roadblocks are temporary - this is a life long change. Good luck!0 -
Because the first 3-4 lbs (if not 5 or so) is water weight and will come back off in the first week you diligently cut calories. Only after that is it fat gain.0
