Any Low Carbers Out There?

and if so, can you tell me how to change my goals in MFP. Also are there any groups available?

    all i did was set my goals so i eat between 40-60g of carbs a day

    I have no idea how to change things, BUT I love the low carb diet :)

    Hi. I had to do this recently bc I've cut down on my carbs. From the home tab select goals. Click on change goals. Select custom and then hit continue. From there you can decrease your carb percentage and increase your protein and fat percentages. For example mine is currently set at 20/40/40 (carbs/protein/fat). I hope this helps.

    Meeee... I try to eat at least 20 carbs per day- but my fiber intake is really good, and often I only eat about 12-15 *NOT ON PURPOSE*... I am on higher fat, high protein low carb and almost NO sugar.. My sugar intake is set on here at 10g/day, my average is 4 I believe...

    edited to add: You can go in and manually change your goals to whatever you would like... when you click on "HOME", then click on GOALS and manual.. easy peasy :)
