How much should I burn?
I am 5'4....180 pounds...Goal weight: 140. I usually burn 450-500 cals per workout. Is this too little? Should I go longer or push harder to earn more calories? Please inform. I am so sick of this fat. It must come off....

Double stomach
all of my fat is in one area, my tummy, I have a double tummy....meaning a top roll and a bottom roll that droops over my pelvic region. Is it really possible for my tummy to shrink or will I just have a deflated double roll forever? Can the double roll ever be flat? Hmmmmmmm
