What to eat?

I am 28, 192.4 pounds and stand 5'4...

how many calories should i eat a day to loose weight? I workout (treadmill or group fitness class) for an hour M-F

If anyone has any idea, please inform!

    This site actually creates a deficit for you and will tell you how many you need :)

    Go to a site and calculate your BMR. Eat 1.2 x that figure if you don't work out (I know you said you do) and more if you do (it'll tell you). Or default to MFP's 1200, which is what I do. But I'm a little smaller than you at 5' 1".

    so I need to burn this amount a day?
