Hi all-
I am a lover a group fitness classes. I love being told what to do when it come to exercise. without paying for a personal trainer. The good thing is, is that i KNOW i am working hard for 45 mins (throughout the class) but the bad thing is, is that I do not know how many calories I am burning.
When I can afford to, I will buy a calorie counting watch but until then...I am not for sure what to put in my exercise log.
The class that I very frequently take is Tae-Cardio. It is obviously full body....lots of jumping jacks, kicking (many many mnay mnay many many times) LOL....just overall lots of tae-wando -isk movements to fast music. (Yes, I can not do everything the crazy instructor is doing but I keep moving) He yells at me to keep going and i start laughng and get right back to it.
How many calories do you think is a good estimate for my workout classes?
age: 28
height: 5'4
weight: 192
GW: 145

I'd look it up under 'general aerobics'
low impact aerobics implies that your feet never leave the ground
high impact implies jumping
if it's a mix, or feels rather intense, go for general aerobics.
These are options in the database.
Tae Bo is also an option in the database, but the numbers seem way, way too high.0
