Finally broke the plateau!
I've been hovering around 231 for the past several months. I maintained my calories but exercising took a hit because of horrible back pain. I'm finally doing better and have been working out again for the past month. Well, today I weighed in at 226, and that was with a sweatshirt, tshirt, jeans and snow boots on!!!

Shoulder injury from weight lifting....very frustrated!

I'm reading a book about the glycemic load method and find it interesting. I take metformin 500mg 2xs daily and so far have used the calorie counting method. I am having some luck with it but I'm curious about this method. Has anyone had any luck with this method?
