My Stage 1 Results
Here are my results. I"m 33 yrs old and 5'6" My beginning weight was 174lb and my ending was 172lb. I think this might be in part due to my diet. I'm working hard to clean up my food intake. Also, I was eat TDEE-20% and I found it to be too much for much loss. I've lowered my intake and I'm going to see how that goes for…

Post Workout Shake
I'm starting the program today or tomorrow and in regards to the post workout shake: I'm not to keen on buying protein powder. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas for shakes that don't include the powder?

Numb Toes
Anyone else experience numb toes on the elliptical? Treadmill is no problem but toes go numb after 10 mins.

Marineland! Need snack ideas!
I'm heading to Marineland on Monday with my son and I wanted to bring some good snacks for myself. I plan to have a treat at the park if there's anything appealing but I want to stay relatively on track. I don't want to bring a cooler as we'll likely just have his stroller and maybe a backpack. Does it really matter what time of day (morning, noon or night) that fruit and dairy items are eaten? Calories Burned Weight Training
Good Morning! How do you log calories burned lifting? I see you can record what you've done but it doesn't count towards your calories burned and that doesn't seem right. Thanks!
