    Hello, South part of Manitoba here! Nice that it finally quit raining so I can work out outside but bad that the bugs are out and I keep swallowing them on my runs! Friend me if you like, I am a part-time massage therapist, part-time stay at home mom, 3 kids and about 20 more pounds to lose.

    About 90 lbs to go, slowly. Want to do this in a way I can maintain forever, not crash diet and gain it all back as soon as i go back to "normal"... So I'm going to change "normal" :)
