Question For those following Zone Diet: Food Diary question
Have you changed the nutrient balance in your food diary? I'm an always way over in Protein allotment and under in Carbs because I try to follow the Zone diet. I'm still new to zone, so if I do change it, what should my protein goal be (Medium frame female). I'm aiming for about 120 Carbs daily. Thanks!

When do you run?
I am a mom of 4 and a teacher. I am having a VERY hard time trying to find time to run. I have tried to run in the morning, but 5am is early and I cannot drag myself out of bed.
