Question For those following Zone Diet: Food Diary question

Have you changed the nutrient balance in your food diary? I'm an always way over in Protein allotment and under in Carbs because I try to follow the Zone diet. I'm still new to zone, so if I do change it, what should my protein goal be (Medium frame female). I'm aiming for about 120 Carbs daily. Thanks!

I found a cool thing in the MFP Android app.
Go to Goals, Nutrition Goals, if you click on Carbs, Proteins, or Fat, you can enter in custom percentages, fo I put in 40%, 30%, 30%, the exact Zone %. So easy! Now MFP will drive you towards your goals.0
