Exercise Ball Workouts
I have 3 bulging disc in my back and I have a question I do alot of therapy on the exercise ball about an hour a day. I don't know how to count this as calories burned. Alot of core building. My Therapist just introduced some upper body weights also. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Help I am barley losing...

Question.. I have bulging discs & 30 Day Shred
Would you recommend the 30 Day Shred workout? I guess i should have added. That I have completed Therapy (4 months worth) and have been doing normal gym activities. I was just trying to figure out if anyones back is sore after the workout. I still do back strengthening exercises 3 days a week.

Looking for Support (Need Friends)
I am fairly new to MFP. I am currently following Weight Watchers and I am thinking of doing this instead. It seems so much easier than counting points. I have been logging in all of my food that I eat on WW and it seems that I am only at a 200 calorie difference. So I will try both for the next month as I am paid up…
