I have 3 bulging disc in my back and I have a question I do alot of therapy on the exercise ball about an hour a day. I don't know how to count this as calories burned. Alot of core building. My Therapist just introduced some upper body weights also. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

I think you just have to log it under cardio as strength training.0

I have found the data base is not complete. You could blog Rosale Brown she does a log of exercise therapy ball routines which are very good. I think mfb would be great if they could update there data base to include. As you get the benefit of cardio and strength training too. If you find you are getting your heart rate and breaking a mild sweat then you know your hr is good. IMO0
