does daily cardio reduce your metabolism/increase cortisol?
so much conflicting advice.. if i was to burn 400-600 calories a day, 5 days a week at the gym would this be a bad thing? the 'clean and lean' diet dictates that this increases cortisol, which encourages the body to store fat. friends have also utter the dreaded words 'lower metabolism'. i always thought cardio increased…

I am starving
I'm eating healthy stuff and I'm still starving. Today I've had - Muesli (35g) with low fat yogurt (95g) and berries. 2 Brazil nuts Spinach soup and mushrooms on wholegrain seeded bread Half a slice of peanut butter toast. I've only got 450 calories left for the day, and I could eat my dinner already.. Any tips?? Thanks x

Two questions - Sugar and exercise calories
I'm on my last 7 pounds, so t's set me at 1200 calories and 24g of sugar daily. Nights out and weekends
Can you go out to clubs/pubs/bars, and still have fun on a diet? I'm fine with not losing weight on the days when I go out, it's only once or twice a week, but it's the 4am chips that get me.
