Was watching Oprah today and it was a Dr Oz show, and apparently, a diet that is high in calcium also excretes higher levels of fat. Havent looked any further into it yet, but I thought it was quite interesting (and a great justification for us cheese lovers! - lol).

I would HIGHLY recommend an RMR test. This tests your Resting Metabolic Rate. (contrary to popular word usage, you cannot have your BMR tested unless your actually in a coma, and all calorie decisions should be made on your RMR). Anyway....
