what in the world to eat??
I worked out like crazy today, no particular reason--was watching a movie at the gym and stayed longer than usual. Anyway, it's 5pm and I have like 750 calories left. What the heck should I eat? I never have this many calories left..

How is it compared to Level 1? I'm starting it tomorrow..I used 5lb weights towards the end of level 1, hoping I can keep up with 5lbs !

MFP settings help!
So I filled out my profile, said I want to lose 2lb per week, I exercise 6x per week 45 minutes a day (at least), then MFP says I'll lose .9 a week? huh? what am I missing?

HRM & crazy discrepancies
Well, I decided to get a HRM. Just went to Target and got this Gaiam one. I really like it! elliptical overestimates calories?
So, I've been doing this "hill" routine on the elliptical that my trainer recommended. When I did it the other day, the machine said I burned 160 calories. Then I come to MFP, put in 30min on elliptical and it tells me over 300 calories! I know I need to get a HRM, but you guys would prob go with the lower # right?

Can you guys recommend a good, and not TOOOO pricey HRM? Also, how does it accurately calculate your calories burned? (sorry that's probably a silly question, but not sure I understand how that works..)

I resisted!!
Soo, after gym and some errands today, I was craving an egg and cheese on a bagel from Dunkins. So I logged onto here, and checked the calories, and decided it wasn't worth 550 calories. This would've never happened a month ago..I would've gotten it and some munchkins on the side too!

if so, I have a great recommendation. I went there this past weekend after doing some research on their website. The roasted veggie sandwich is seriously SO delicious! It has 330 calories, 9g of fat and is definitely fully. I highly recommend it!
