Strength
How many times per week do you all do strength / how many times per week should I be doing? I have a strength workout for leaning out/toning up from a trainer that I got last year but I can't remember how often he recommended to do it. I need to get serious

Hey! I'm new to the community part of this site. Always just used it for counting calories (if I even remembered to do that). I'm trying to tone up and just get in better shape all the way around.
