I need to get serious

I have fallen so far off the wagon and now getting back on seems almost impossible. I start the day off strong and by the afternoon I'm so unmotivated.

I guess I need some motivation or tips that has helped some of you all get back into the swing of things.

    I'm exactly the same. I started off well, but put the few pounds I lost back on. I have just now given myself a kick up the bum to get back on it. I took a photo of myself from the front and from the side wearing just my black underwear - enough to push me back into the swing of things believe me!

    I find if I keep logging my food on here throughout the day it keeps me on the straight and narrow. But if I wait until the evening to log the days I always end up eating more.

    Ooo. Taking a picture. I hadn't thought of that. That just might do it. It will definitely be something to try!
