42 pounds and still going (face progress pics)

Cybex Arc Trainer
Does anyone use this machine at the gym? I love it and it's been a huge aid in helping me lose weight but it makes the BACK of my knees hurt so bad. I've changed the incline and resistance and I haven't noticed a difference. Anyone else experience soreness with this machine?

I'm in school 5 hours a night, 4 nights a week (5:30-10:30). I don't have access to a fridge, but I have a thermal lunchbox with an icepack. I do have access to a microwave. What would YOU bring with you, if you were in my shoes? I'm rotating the same foods and I need ideas!

How many calories do you get a day?
I'm 5'4" and I weigh 158 pounds. MFP set my daily calorie goal at 1620. I work out 3-5x a week.

I've tracked my workout for the day and now it's telling me my calorie goal is higher (obviously taking the calories I burned and adding it to that number) How many of you eat those calories? seems to defeat the purpose a little bit..
