At some point in the past few weeks I transitioned from struggling to stay under my calorie goal to struggling to eat enough to get close to my calorie goal. Hi! I'm new to MFP. I've been working to shake my newlywed weight for a while, and then I regained some of my weight loss over the summer. Time to get in gear! My 30th birthday is approaching in November, and I want to feel strong and healthy (and look good!) when that milestone arrives.
