                    Hi! I'm new to MFP. I've been working to shake my newlywed weight for a while, and then I regained some of my weight loss over the summer. Time to get in gear! My 30th birthday is approaching in November, and I want to feel strong and healthy (and look good!) when that milestone arrives.
