Hi! I'm new to MFP. I've been working to shake my newlywed weight for a while, and then I regained some of my weight loss over the summer. Time to get in gear! My 30th birthday is approaching in November, and I want to feel strong and healthy (and look good!) when that milestone arrives.

I'm an up and down person too, and while I'm not a newlywed, I may as well be, because when I moved in with my honey, I put on some extra. I will also be 30 this year (december). I think we are slim-down sisters
