NSV - Driver's License
So I just moved to a new state and went to the DMV today to trade in my license. It was so awesome to "135lbs" in the weight section! It's the first time I've ever filled out license paperwork and not cringed when I had to fill in my weight. Also, my picture came out GREAT. :D

Buying a heart rate monitor - any suggestions?

Hey all, Does anyone experience this; the day after a big workout my weight goes up. I'm training for a 7 day bike trip in March, and do some 25 mile bike rides to prepare. Hey All, My personal trainer just told me I need to start eating something with whey protein and amino acids towards the end of, and after, weight lifting to combat muscle fatigue. Anybody have any brand or product suggestions? I don't want to waste calories on some nasty protein shake!
