Hey everyone. I gained a little over ten pounds after I left college, partly because of eating out too much and largely because I had totally stop my exercise regime after injuring my shoulder and hip. I used to run 5k every morning before class, so ending exercise really got my calories off balance. I know swimming and walking are great low-impact exercise as I phase into more intense exercise - anyone know of any other good ones for getting back in without re-injuring?

I'm working on getting back down to my college weight and this website is working really well for me so far! I'm getting enough food so I don't feel hungry all day, and I can really recognize overeating now that I haven't done it in a little while (it feels gross.) Plus, now that I'm over the starting hump, it feels so great to be exercising again! My boyfriend and I are going on a biking trip in Spain this winter and I am loving seeing all my progress as I train for the trip!

I'd love to be long distance fitness buddies with one or two people - feel free to send a message.
