I started eating better and working out again a few weeks ago. I lost 5lbs right away, but for the last two weeks I can't make the scale move! How can I fix this?
I actually got through the ENTIRE HIIT workout for the first time! I'm soo happy! Finished the class with a huge smile! So happy to see improvement! :D
What should I expect for results in the first couple weeks? I feel like maybe my expectations are too high, I'm not seeing changes but I'm always sore :/

I can keep with my goals alone, but man when I eat with my friends it's horrible; eating out, popcorn at the movies, bringing over chips and pop. I do sooo well alone, but break for junk food, I can't keep it in the house. I love my friends and don't know what to do.
