I really enjoy doing cardio anyting that is going to give me a complete body workout. I love to jump rope, use elliptical and other various exercises. Recently i noticed that when i move my knees in a certain directions they ache a bit. I've tried laying off any difficult exercises that would put pressure on my knees but…

so we all have a "goal weight" in mind, what are you gonna do to celebrate when you reach it? vacation, spa day, climb a mountain, etc etc as for myself i think that i'm gonna treat myself to a beauty day. get my hair, nails, and makeup done.....then i'm gonna climb a mountain, lol
should i measure myself?
I don't measure myself should i be. i know the check-in box allows you to update on weight and also measurements but i've never given a thought to do that. what are your thoughts on it? do you guys measure yourselves? if so how often? do you prefer it to checking that number on the scale?
