Ok I'm on Phase 3 and not doing well at all. This is going to sound horrible but I'm up 7 lbs from my last HCG day. I need advice on how to remedy this. Carbs, Fats, and Proteins...who really cares?
Does anyone really follow the suggested carb, fats and protein calculations. I think there have been very few days where i was under the alloted amount but i'm normally always under my calorie count. Remedy for knee aches?
I really enjoy doing cardio anyting that is going to give me a complete body workout. I love to jump rope, use elliptical and other various exercises. so we all have a "goal weight" in mind, what are you gonna do to celebrate when you reach it? vacation, spa day, climb a mountain, etc etc as for myself i think that i'm gonna treat myself to a beauty day. get my hair, nails, and makeup done.....then i'm gonna climb a mountain, lol

should i measure myself?
I don't measure myself should i be. i know the check-in box allows you to update on weight and also measurements but i've never given a thought to do that. what are your thoughts on it? do you guys measure yourselves? if so how often? do you prefer it to checking that number on the scale?
