Oh boy then I'm not doing this right then. so far today I had 1520 calories, i burned - 997 and it shows a net of only 523 so i have to eat more? or workout less? or combo of both?

it may be more about what (and how much) you're eating than how much you're working out. it sounds like you're working out more than enough to be losing. losing weight and inches takes time. it took time to put it on and it will take time to get it off.

its basically 10days for each level, 10 days on level 1, 10days on level 2 and 10days on level 3 starting out you definitely notice the soreness in the legs and arms! be prepared lol as good as a workout as it is i kinda wish it was longer 20-25 didnt seem long enough

30 Day Shred is a workout DVD by Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Loser....its supposed to be a really good workout! well i think i'm gonna go ahead and it. and see how i do on it.

i do a milk shake..i use fat free milk(90cals) but an even lower calorie milk i would chose Blue Diamond Almond Milk(varies in calories from 40-60 depending on orginal and sweetened), 1-2 whole strawberries, sugar or sugar substitute, and ice. i change up the fruits by adding 1/2 banana or pineapple. normally it comes out…

i snack on Special K Fruit and Yogurt Cereal. 3/4 of a cup is 120 cals without milk. i also do a piece of fruit like an orange or even a handful of nuts like walnuts or pecans. if its after my dinner i don't like to eat but i will have a piece of gum to tame that urge.
