Watching some of the videos on youtube and thinking about starting them but I might run into an issue. I live in a basement apartment and the ceilings are low. They do some jumping jacks, I'm afraid if I do full jumping jacks I will damage my ceiling. Any one have any suggestions on what i can do to modify the routine?

So what is everyones goal on here, besides losing weight and becoming healthier. I mean i would love to lose another 15-20 pounds.
I work til midnight, then i go to the gym and workout. When im done, i am hungry. Any suggestions of something good and light to eat or drink for when i get home?
