Round2Week4
Hello. Didn't work out yet today. I meant to get up and knock it out this morning but that didnt happen. I'd like to start sprinkling in more cardio (fartlek runs or some sort of HIIT) just to start burning off more fat. We shall see. Stay motivated.

Round2 Week3
Knocked out chest and back this morning. Ab Ripper too of course. I'll try to do a run tonight (3 miles easy pace). Plyo tomorrow morning. I'm just gonna try to keep this going for a year.

Round 2 Anyone?
So this next week is recovery week. I need some serious motivation to do a second round. I would like to keep it up through the fall at least doing a 3rd round. But I can't help but think when I did legs and back "Oh this is the last dead lift ever!!!" or "This is the LAST mason twist EVER!!!". I am not sure how to keep my…
