Staying Motivated with Inury
Any help! 3 month of running and was really enjoying it then tendonitis in knee and been hobbling for 4 weeks. Getting well fed up with it but not much I can do as walking\ bending knee is still a no go. Any thoughts on how to get through the next 4 weeks or so before I can get back to gentle jogs? So the weight is coming off slowly but surely, 11 down loads to go but better than another 11 on! My question is 11 pounds down but the inch's aren't really shifting? Will it happen eventually? Logic tells me it must!

Exercise to lose weight?
HI Sorry if daft question! What would be best to lose weight? 1. Cross Trainer monitoring heart rate. Deflated!
Well bit p'd off anyway! Keeping my daily calories between 1500 and 2000, religiously recording everything. 6 pounds gone in 1st 3 weeks then out of no where 3 pounds back on this week! Not done anything different. Is this just the way it works and your body does "strange" things while it adjusts to you changing habits?
