So the weight is coming off slowly but surely, 11 down loads to go but better than another 11 on!

My question is 11 pounds down but the inch's aren't really shifting? Will it happen eventually? Logic tells me it must!

    This is so dependant on how you're losing weight and your own internal chemistry but this is what i've calculated for myself;

    I'm a guy, 38 yrs old running on average 30 miles a week with a healthy Mediterranean style diet. 25lbs lost equated to 3 inches off my waist and 1.5 inches from my neck. Hope that helps somewhat?

    Yeah, it really just depends on the person. I've lost 34 lbs so far but have only lost about 2 1/2 inches off my waist.

    First I lost weight but no inches, then I lost inches but no weight ( I lost about 50lbs with diet alone no exercise). Now I'm back to losing weight again but I have started exercising so hopefully I will be losing both before long. Everybodies body works differently but I am sure you will see an inch loss soon if you stick at it

    This post is correct for me as well. I lost weight no inches and then all of a sudden inches and no weight. Now it seems to be a bit of both. Also I did not notice any inches during my first 10 pounds or so off.
