Staying Motivated with Inury

Any help!

3 month of running and was really enjoying it then tendonitis in knee and been hobbling for 4 weeks.
Getting well fed up with it but not much I can do as walking\ bending knee is still a no go.

Any thoughts on how to get through the next 4 weeks or so before I can get back to gentle jogs?

Just know the few pounds i lost are in the post on their way back!
