Chia seeds vs. Chia gel
I recently started incorporating chia seeds in my morning smoothie. I soaked the seeds in water overnight in the fridge to make gel. My question is: how can I find out nutritional info for 1 tablespoon of the gel? Wouldn't it be different than 1 tablespoon of dry seeds?
