I am using the MapMyRide app for my bike rides. Well, I just saw today that it has been logging my rides as “walks”! Recipe calories
When you make your own dish at home, do you all use the “create recipe” option or just log every ingredient separate and approximate how much you ate of it? I entered a homemade beef stroganoff recipe, and it said that was only 83 calories per serving- there’s no way that is right.

Dinner tonight
I am new at this, and I ate more calories than I intended for lunch today. I only have 100 calories left for dinner, so what is a filling low calorie meal? I will drink water, so no drink calories needed. Thanks, Melissa
