  • Just a 3 day.
  • @tinacuso Oh my- I’ve never been so full of liquid in my life! There’s six bottles a day- breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. AND you’re supposed to drink 124 oz of water! I didn’t finish all the bottles yesterday or today. But I’m pushing through.
  • Started a juice cleanse today (Squeezed). Pray for me. The first one has beet and ginger in it, and I hate both of those tastes.
  • I live in Texas, so there’s usually no shortage of sun for us. But today it’s raining. I looked in the fridge to fix something for lunch and was like, “I don’t want a bright, colorful salad today.” I ended up fixing some soup.
  • Same as GabiV125. Getting back on track with pre-Christmas weight loss. Need to place an online grocery order today. Almost out of fresh fruit/veggies.
  • Need to get back on my daily walking routine. Goal is to start that today.
  • Getting back on track starting today. Gained through the holidays due to overeating and not enough exercise. I hurt my tailbone on Christmas, and I am still in a good bit of pain. My best friend wants to go to the Dominican Republic this summer, so I gotta get my beach body back!
  • It took me 30 days to lose 3 pounds, and I gained it all back in the past week because of overeating and minimal exercise while on Christmas vacay. I feel like crap. Trying to get started back today, but there’s still candy and other sweets here staring me in the face...
  • Christmas Day... so much food... Breakfast- bacon, croissant Lunch- ham, turkey, green bean casserole, cornbread dressing, brown gravy, cranberry sauce, roll, water, homemade chocolate pudding Dinner- leftovers (dressing and green bean casserole), water Snacks- Reese’s cup, apple cider
  • Have spotty cell service in the mountains. Thursday: Breakfast- bacon Lunch- hot dog and chili Dinner- shrimp fajitas with veggies Snack- peppermint dark chocolate bark Drinks- water and a Coke
  • Sunday: Breakfast- English muffin (half), hot cocoa Lunch- salad with spring mix, carrots, strawberries, blueberries and lite raspberry dressing, water Dinner- three jalapeño cheese tamales, sour cream, water Snack- cookie bar
  • This weekend and the rest of the week is going to be sooo bad. We are getting ready for a trip and I will be away from my home for seven days.   • Today was go-go-go, so definitely not as healthy as I would like. Breakfast- sausage biscuit Lunch- didn’t get any due to a meeting that went way longer than planned Snack- one butter cookie Dinner- cucumbers, jalapeño cheese tamales (3), sour cream Drinks- water and 16 oz tea
  • Didn’t get my walk or crunches done yesterday. Goal today is to do both. Woke up with a sore throat- yuck.
  • Went over calories yesterday due to having a piece of carrot cake after dinner 🍰. Goal is to stay under calories today and stay on course with the daily crunches challenge.
  • I upped my walks to 2 miles last night and added the daily crunch challenge. Already did my 2 miles for today. Now enjoying a salad for lunch- spring mix, half cup blueberries and strawberries, and quarter cup of sunflowers.
  • I’ve been feeling very discouraged, because I have been walking at least a mile every day (which I never did before this) and entering calories everyday, but I’ve only lost 2 pounds in 30 days ☹️ I will keep at it though. Some loss is better than a gain. Hope everyone has a great Saturday.
  • What brand shoes did you go with? I have several different brands, and so far, my Nike Flex have felt the best while walking. Thanks
  • My scale is really discouraging me. And the weight changes every day- up, down, up, down!
  • You can add/fix things even after you close the diary.
  • I joined a free weight loss support program through my job- Real Appeal. There are weekly virtual meetings, and they send goodies like food scales, measuring cups, recipe books, etc. I didn’t do too bad this weekend in regards to overindulging.

  • I would like to be able to run for exercise instead of just walking.
  • My day started off with my husband making breakfast sandwiches- I didn’t have the heart to refuse one. I’ll make it up with a salad lunch. Will walk later when it warms up.
  • Def went over calories on Thanksgiving and yesterday. And only got in one walk those two days. Today is my day to get back on track. May have to actually dust off the treadmill, because a cold front came in, and I hate the cold!

  • I went over calories yesterday because I gave into an ice cream temptation when I knew that I was out of calories and wasn’t going to exercise again. Oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Everyday is a new day, right?
  • Not reaching for anything sweet has been a struggle. And the days when I am eating out with family or work staff are HARD. Restaurant food literally consumes so many calories! I added biking to my daily exercise, so that has helped with calories.
