women help, with thick thighs
Big thighs runs in my family however before menopause I could exercise and lose weight and get thinner thighs. After exercising on epplitical or exercise bike.I am bulkier and my pants are tighter. Does anyone else have this problem after exercising on certain machines...i am getting treadmill later. These exercise equipment will great for toning but I an trying to lose first and then tone.

hypothyroidism
I am hypothyroid and this is why I am having trouble losing and maintaining. Hopefully meds will help with my problem. On the plus side. I do see a diffrence when I exercise even if scale doesn't show it. Actually I gain when i exercise but I look better.
