losing now

I could not lose weight no matter what. So I reduced my carbs more and had more protein and lost two pounds in one day. i am not saying that I should have lost that fast but I think that was my problem. i love carbs. I was eatting 1200 calories but was still not losing and exerciseing a lot. So I decided to lay off more carbs add more protein and that was it. I just bought Jullian Micheals last min work out and shred it with weights. I have not used it yet but I am going to start that today. I like the last min workout because it has a daily exercise routine.
