Wii Fit Step
I use the free step on my Wii a lot and was wondering about purchasing the Step accessory that will elevate the board to increase the intensity. Have any of you used this? If so I was wondering what everyone thought of it. Does it increase the calorie burn or does that not register? Thanks!

Polar HRM...which one to get?

I ran a mile today!
So I have been working on the couch to 5k plan doing well until week 6 hit! It has been hard to get past the first day on week 6, but today I ran a full mile without stopping! :)

Week 6 Couch to 5k
So yesterday I did the first workout of week 6 on the couch to 5k plan. It was a little rough.... I was supposed to warm up then run 5 min, walk 3 min, run 8 min, walk3 min, and then run 5 min. Getting in shape for my wedding
Hello! I'm new to the website. I'm trying to lose at least 30 pounds before my wedding in August. I like the website and it seems easy to log foods and exercises. One question though...should I eat the calories that I burn from exercising or will that just slow down the weight loss??
