Protein - Ideas
Hey guys, I'm looking for ideas to up my protein intake without destroying my calories :) I was told I need to eat more protein - 1400 cals a day. Checking In
Week 2 done for me. And all I've seen is a 0.5 weight loss. But who knows if the inches are better. And lets be honest, inches are really what matters. So how is everyone else doing? I find it uber easy to maintain. Even went to a party saturday night and did great! Easy to maintain.

How went the weekend?
So how did we all do this weekend? I felt it was even easier over the weekend. Well the 8 hour period was. Getting in my 8 was harder. I was missing berries and dairy for the weekend. :)
