Some Advice? Struggling to lose weight.

First thank you to everyone who shares some advice with me.
I don't usually post alot. But feel that maybe I'm not "getting" something. Particularly, in the food area.
My exercise on weekly basis is:
3 Personal Trainer strength training sessions
2-3 Spin Classes
1-2 Kickboxing Classes
3-4 30 min Cardio (either Treadmill walking/jogging or the eliptical)
1 mile lunch time walk @ work
So, I'm pretty sure I exercise enough. But for whatever reason I'm struggling to lose weight.
Weekends I tend to go off program a bit, like the 4th holiday. I know I didn't count anything, and I had drinks with friends at cookouts. I just wasn't home alot to count it all. And that is an area I should be better at.
But is there any area food wise that I should be watching? I'm 32 Female. 5'5" and at my highest ever 257.
I yo-yoed and did crash diets in my past, and now am struggling to get back to 197 which is the lowest I saw 1 year ago. I feel like I'm giving it all in my exercise to only set myself in a crash & burn with my food. Journal is open.
Thanks again.
