I got out of mfp and gain 30 pounds more...
I thought I could do it myself. For almost 6 months I thought I can handle myself. Now, I got back the 8 pounds I lost and 22 more. I am such a ... I think I can start again. I am 38 years old and my weight is 210 pounds.:cry:

Ohhh my, I have lost 3 pounds!

I good tip- pedometer
I got a pedometer which count my step during the day. My goal is to walk 5 miles perday. I can do it and it is a good motivation. This is a good tip. Use it to walk, to run, even to dance. Take care you all Felixa
