I made the mistake to eat sugar in different types of carbs... wrong! I crabe more carbs (bad ones) and after an hour or two, I was in the same position than before... Very tired!

What has help me too is to have a "not to hard" work out, for example, if I am in a stationary machine for an hour, after the 4th day I will walk around the neighborhod for a hour. I hope it helps

What kind of videos do you do? I do Tae-bo, and some of them does not have the amount of calories you work out. But the one I do, is 45 minutes and I do as high work out.

I read about this diet or cleanse long ago. This was the diet that Beyonce did when she did the movie "Dreamgrils". Two things I know, 1-she lost the weight, and 2 she was under medical check up. I burned 250 and I did sit ups and other things like that. Monday and Wed. I try to burn at least 400 calories. And in between I use weight to burn some fat.:happy:

I agree, and do not pay attention to much to your weight. Find a pair of jeans that you would like to use again... you might be building up muscle. Don't get frustrate, be patient. Rome wasn't build in a day, right? You can do it!
