I "sometimes" try to convince myself to skip my planned workout....hey, you are doing good, hey ..you need a rest...hey...do it tomorrow...sometimes I succeed in talking myself out of it and every time I am sorry..
on About.com there is a great article on this subject-
here are the 10 questions to ask before you skip that work out
1.Will I regret this decision?
2. How much have I exercised this week?
3. How will I make up for my missed workout?
4. Do I have a legitimate reason to skip this workout?
5. How will missing this workout affect my goals?
6. What could I do to make my workout more appealing?
7. How can I reward myself for doing the workout?
8. How could I change my workout?
9. How will skippiung my workout affect my day?
10. What stands in the way of my workout?
Do your workout...you will not regret it!

I sooo needed this today. :flowerforyou:

This is very good motivation.
I was just thinking today, gee, I hope i dont get too lazy to where I dont feel like doing my workout. I know I have to get it in today.
I am definately going to move my work outs to the morning instead of night, its better to start fresh than to convince yourself to do it when you are winding down.
My only delimma is the daggon alarm clock! I hate it when it goes off, but I know I'll love the way I look later....good things come to those who wait.....0
