I was just curiuos, I generealy try to eat 1200 calories a day, but seem awful crabby lately lol.... kinda have been since I'm trying to lose more per week. Why is it when we do "strength training" stuff like crunches, it doesn't list how many calories it burns once you log it? Under calorie goal....????
I have on different times seen "under their calorie goal" on my friends profiles, is that a good thing or not??? Espically when they are exercising??? I usually eat my "allowed" daily calorie intake, and exercise everyday, but don't usually eat back the calories I've burned off. Just wondering if I am doing this right???…
