Okay so I know ya ladies can all relate to this:blushing: LOL...... Last night my husband and I were getting ready to go out and I was getting dressed, ya know putting my bra on and WOW:noway: . In the reflection of the mirror I saw my back, there were NO BACK FAT ROLLS!!!!!:bigsmile: I actually did a double take and was amazed and proud I'm just so excited, its really the first "physical" change I've noticed since my journey here began in September of this year. Thanks to all MFP people who have helped encourage me along the way, this is an amazing site and is so supportive . I am so excited about the rest of my journey and I know I CAN DO IT!!!:flowerforyou:
