Why do I get sick???

I have a question...... Ok so everytime I attempt to do a heavy cardio workout, a little into the workout I get an almost instant headache/dizzness, and then start coughing and get really really nauseated. If I don't stop the workout, I do get sick. I follow the breathing techniques as instructed, make sure I have eatin good b4 and stay hydrated well, but still seem to get sick. It seems to happen pretty darn near everytime, espically if its real intense and my heartrate gets too high....by to high I mean it starts pushing 180-200....... I was told a few years ago that I have SVT (Supraventricular tachycardia), but I am not on any meds (I was until my first child was born almost 3yrs ago) nor has my new doctor done anything to follow up on it. So am I not breathing right, not enough fluid, too much what??? Or should I be talking to a doctor about this???? Any advice is welcome TIA!!!

Doctor, doctor!!! Please! In the meantime if you'd like to do a few things that will work muscles without getting your heart rate up too high look into Yoga for Stress or Pilates for Beginners. I wish you the best!0

Doctor, definitely.
In the meantime, experiement with what you can do and stay feeling fine - walking, slow running etc might be OK, but don't push it until you've checked with the doc.0 -
Doctor! If he doesn't help get a new one.
I used to get sick like that too, figured out that I had to go at night when it was cooler and I could hog a fan to myself. I would get heat sick and fainted in the locker room once during a heat wave last summer.0 -
I think you know what you need to do. Get down to a specialist as soon as possible and I mean go see a cardiologist; something is not right and I would venture to say that it has something to do with blood pressure. Please be careful and don't push yourself until you see the Dr.0

Definitely doctor. And slow up what you are doing until you gey checked out. Tachycardia can lead to arythmia and then serious problems.. Your body is talking, listen to it.0

Yes If i overheat I get the same way. Happened three days ago... On the elliptical and the heat hit me and that was it. I was heaving so hard in the bathroom caused my nose to bleed and blood vessels to pop under my eyes. I think with my dx of fibromyalgia anytime i get too hot I get sick like this now.0 -
