Air poped popcorn is awesome and so filling, so are rice cakes you can them in a salty or sweet flavor. Drink a glass of water after either of the above and I'm immensly full :)

I use egg whites and add lots of fresh veggies like yellow,red, and green bell peppers, tomoatos, spinach, mushrooms, black olives. I sometimes add a lil cheese or meat. I love adding cayenne pepper and/or Mrs Dash for seasoning. I agree tho, they are kinda nasty plain....LOL.

When I plateau I take a week off, exercise wise ... I still watch what I eat, but then after a week I come back harder and stronger than b4, by changing up what I do, that usually works for me. Yeah I just got new glasses about 2 months ago, started gettin headaches around then....thought the same thing, perscription didn't change much....eye doc said headaches likely werent bein caused by that then.....great minds think alike lol. THANKS LADIES :)

To be honest lol I googled it for myself too a while back, I found a thing off the Mayo Clinic, a report that said the average was like 199 calories for 30 mins. It also had a bunch of other "activities" listed and what they burned......best advice, google it LOL.

I would make an appointment for your doctor, if your really worried about it..... I really don't think it needs a er visit unless its a lot of blood. Also when dieting and exercising it will totally make your body go into crazy mode, bc its tryin to adjust to the changes.....no period or a period that comes and goes a lot…

I wouldn't go higher than 3lbs if your just starting out, you'll defffinitly feel it!!! I did LoL. I wasn't able to finish it b/c I injured my knee, but good luck and take your time working up to the full extent of each exercise....don't rush, it really doesn't have to be done in 30days hehe :)

I agree with tanyaMax, and thats why I got a treadmill. Sometimes weather doesnt allow for outdoor walking or whatever..... I love my treadmill :-)

Try stuff with protein, itll last a lot longer than carbs. I like to do either eggs or special k drinks in the am bc that usally holds for a while. If you find yourself "eating just cause",drink water, try chewing gum or suck on some hard candy, the sugar free ones dont have calories.

I think that you need to eat a lil more, at least 1200 calories a day add some fruits and veggies too, and try switching up your workouts to sumthing different sometimes that'll help break through. Also your sodium intake is pretty high, which can cause you to retain water, try to cut down a lil. Good luck

You can go in and change/update it...go to your home, then goals and click change goals, there you can adjust your weight and it will adjust you calories :) I do mine like every 10lbs, its never much like 30 calories I think lol. Good Luck !!

I went and checked mine. Haha, my wrist is 7.0 inches and I'm only 5'3. Guess I'm large frame, but then again I've always been told/thought that, guess its good l know for sure now, but how does that help with weight issues???? Confused , does bone size make a difference????

I had the same situation, but mine was like 3 hours later and I was hadn't had a period in 10 months (our son was 10 months and I was nursing full time and on the pill hahaha) A line is a line. :flowerforyou: congratulations are in order!!!! Deffinitly call a doctor though. Take care:heart:
