sore wrists - push-up alternatives?
I have sore wrists, I've noticed it in the past when doing yoga. Now I am having problems with push-ups. This is probably related to tendonitis... Any thoughts on push-up alternatives that might be less stressful on my wrists? Or am I just doing it wrong?

tofu skins
Anybody have any ideas of recipes with tofu skins? Have some in my freezer (mistake at market) and not sure what to do with them. Can you stuff and roll them like a springroll and bake (as opposed to fry) them do you think? I am open to any ideas.
