Need some 14 and 12's and will soon have 16's to give away
I am fitting into size 14 right now, but still wearing size 16 jeans. I could use some 14's (and 12's cause I hope to be there in a month)....As soon as I get them I will give away my 16's. I also have an abundance of XL sweaters.

when to up weights?
I am new to weight training...I use the machines (i know free weights is better, but I don't know how, plan on learning later). the downside to loosing weight/inches
my closet is a disaster....I can't find anything to wear! I'm running out of stuff to wear. Every time I go to get dressed I add more to the box of stuff that doesn't fit anymore. And I'm walking around pulling up my pants all the time.

Getting bummed watching others loose

how do you count calories for sauces
I baked some chicken breasts in a honey sauce. When I put it in as a recipe it comes to like 500 calories per servings, But you don't eat all of the sauce, So how do you count the calories for what "soaks" into the chicken while cooking?

what is better...ripped in 30 or weight machines
I am in my lat 10 days of the 30 day shred. I also swim 3 mornings a week and do elliptical 3 mornings a week. is it ok to count calories by week rather than day
