I am new to weight training...I use the machines (i know free weights is better, but I don't know how, plan on learning later).
I am lifting on Tue/Thur/Sat...I am doing 3 x 10 each...I use two machines at once, Arms and legs, do 10 arms then 10 on legs, then back to arms, etc.....By the 3 time it's pretty hard, can barely do the last couple.
My question is, when I am ready to add weight is it better to move up on Sat when I have two recovery days, or does it matter, just move up when it gets easier?

Yeah, Saturday would be good.
When you think you are close to wanting to add, just up your last set, and see how it goes.0 -
thanks for the advice...0
