NSV, I did it!
I did it! I held the plank for 4 minutes! I started working on it in January. I planed to get to 4 min, knowing my boys best was 3 min, then challenge them, and really surprise them. I want to do it a couple more times, then I will challenge my sons...ha ha ha, they have no idea.
