frustrated with heart rate monitor and advertising..

I got a heart rate monitor for chirstmas...I picked this one because it was "water resistant to 50 meters" and the advertising said swimming.

I was looking at the FAQ and see that it is only for "light swimming", not heavy swimming.

What is "light swimming" ? I swim 3x a week for 45 min.....

I bought this specifically for the swimming....
